(RAD)² or RAD Squared is our system of Agile software engineer methods and development tools we've been using since 1994.  It combines the best-practices embodied in the philosophies or methodologies of eXtreme and Agile Programming with Borland Delphi's proven rapid application development capabilities to produce better Windows applications faster than possible with older methods and other programming tools.  

We've had excellent results using (RAD)² developing our own innovative software and custom software for our clients, whether they're small businesses or Fortune 500 companies.
