Wholesale Customers

While not USDA Organically certified, Balent MicroFarm avocados are grown without insecticides and as organically as possible.  However, because of the huge size of the tree, it's likely that the tree derives some of it's nutrients from commercial, non-organic fertilizers that may be applied to other plants in the orchard.

We can fill your one-time or recurring produce requirements whether you're an upscale produce market or a gourmet restaurant.  We can begin harvesting in January serve your recurring needs for up to 5 months and depending on customer demand and the size of each years crop.  Naturally, we offer wholesale prices to our commercial customers; however, because Balent MicroFarms' Santana avocados are a premium, gourmet variety in very short supply, they do cost more than spot wholesale price for your typical 8 oz Hass avocado.
